How it works
- Fill in what fits you — only the name is required. Every field left empty disappears from the signature, without leaving a ghost line.
- Generate — the HTML is built server-side, with tables and styles written on each cell: that is what guarantees it will look the same in Outlook, Gmail and Thunderbird.
- Copy and paste — the preview for a visual editor, the HTML code for an "HTML signature" field, the plain-text version for clients that do not display HTML.

- Finally having a signature that does not break — most signatures found online use CSS that Outlook's engine ignores, hence the blocks stacked at random for every other correspondent.
- Making a small team consistent — generate the same signature for everyone, changing only the name and job title: the structure and the colour stay identical.

What this tool doesn't do
- There is only one template, deliberately plain. A catalogue of flashy layouts would mostly produce broken signatures: the constraint imposed by mail clients is real, and it limits what it is honest to offer.
- The tool does not host your logo. You provide the address of an image already online, over https: nothing is uploaded, so nothing is stored.
- It does not install the signature for you: no web tool can write into your mail client's settings. Pasting stays manual, and takes ten seconds.
- No animated banner, no GIF, no booking widget: those are blocked or mangled by a good share of mail clients.
- No signature is saved: there is neither a team template library nor a history. Keep the code you copy.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my signature break in Outlook? +
Because Outlook for Windows renders HTML with Microsoft Word's engine, which ignores a large part of modern CSS: flexbox, grid, positioning, media queries. The only layout that holds everywhere is the HTML table with styles written directly on each cell. That is exactly what this generator produces.
How do I install the signature in my mail client? +
In Gmail, open the preview, select the signature shown, copy it and paste it into Settings › Signature. In Outlook and Thunderbird, prefer the HTML code: Outlook accepts a direct paste into the signature editor, Thunderbird lets you tick "Use HTML" and paste the code. Both forms are offered below.
Should I copy the preview or the HTML code? +
The preview when your client has a visual editor (Gmail, Outlook on the web): pasting keeps the formatting. The HTML code when your client offers a "source code" or "HTML signature" field. The result is identical, only the installation path differs.
Can I add my logo? +
Yes, by giving the address of an image already online (https). That is the only reliable way: an image attached to every message is often blocked or shown as a stray paperclip. Host the logo on your website, then paste its address here.
Does the signature contain a MailSync mention? +
No, none. No watermark, no hidden link, no crippled version: the code produced contains only what you typed. Our business model rests on the tools that process large volumes, not on advertising slipped into your emails.
Is my information stored? +
No. The fields are sent to generate the signature, then forgotten: nothing is written to a database or to disk. Reload the page and the form is empty. Copy the code, it is yours.
How many signatures can I generate? +
As many as you like, free of charge. Only an anti-abuse rate limit applies per IP address, the same for everyone and far beyond what setting up a signature requires.
