You provide the server, port and credentials — we encrypt everything locally with libsodium (XSalsa20-Poly1305) before storing it, and only decrypt at the moment of synchronization. An automatic connection test runs before any transfer.
No duplicates, even if you run the migration several times.
Every message gets a fingerprint computed from the sender, recipient, date and content. If that fingerprint already exists on the destination side, the message is skipped. Idempotent and reproducible.
Once the migration is done, your mailboxes stay in sync over time.
Daily sync is included from the free plan onward. Every 5 minutes on Premium for very active mailboxes. We never touch the original messages — only the copies are propagated to the destination.
You see what's happening — how many emails have already been copied, how many remain, at what speed.
Detailed logs per migration, progress visible message by message, email notifications at the end of each sync. If something goes wrong, you know exactly where and why.
