Answers to what we're asked most often.
What happens if my operation exceeds the free threshold? +
The first 5 GB (per source→destination pair) are always free, no account needed. Your operation stops cleanly with whatever has already been completed: you can finish it for 4,99 € excl. VAT (5,99 € incl. VAT), as a one-off payment, or upgrade to Premium for unlimited volume (fair use).
Is 2FA really included everywhere? +
Yes. Two-factor authentication (TOTP, compatible with Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password) is available on every plan, including the Free plan. It's a security matter, not a commercial differentiator.
Can I cancel at any time? +
Yes. Cancelling takes one click from your account. You keep access until the end of the paid period, then your account switches to the Free plan. Your data and settings stay intact.
Are there any hidden fees or add-ons? +
No. The price shown is all-inclusive (VAT included for individuals). No setup fees, no per-migration cost, no volume surcharge. You pay for the plan, that's it.
What if I want to pause my subscription temporarily? +
You can cancel at the end of the current period and come back later with no penalty. Your mailboxes stay connected on the Free plan during the pause.
Is payment secure? +
Yes — all transactions go through Stripe, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. No card details are ever stored on our servers.
