1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the MailSync service, available at mail-sync.fr (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and accept them without reservation.
2. Description of the Service
MailSync enables the migration, copying and synchronization of emails between IMAP-compatible mailboxes, as well as with the Google and Microsoft 365 APIs via OAuth. The Service offers different feature tiers depending on the pricing plan subscribed to.
3. Account creation
Access to the Service’s features requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account.
4. User obligations
You agree to use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose, not to compromise its integrity, not to attempt to access data that does not belong to you, and not to use it for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to public order. The Service must not be used to send spam, to unlawfully collect data, or for any other prohibited activity.
5. Service availability
We make every effort to ensure continuous availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. No compensation may be claimed on this basis.
6. Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms, without notice or compensation. You may terminate your account at any time from your user interface; associated data will be deleted under the conditions set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We cannot be held liable for data loss, interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You remain solely responsible for backing up your data.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as of their publication. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
