1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to any subscription to a paid plan of the MailSync service. They supplement the Terms of Use.
2. Pricing plans
MailSync offers a free plan as well as paid subscriptions (Premium, Pro), whose features and prices are detailed on the Pricing page at the time of subscription. Prices are quoted inclusive of all taxes for individuals, and exclusive of tax for businesses, with the applicable VAT stated explicitly.
3. Payment
Payment is made online via Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant provider. Subscriptions are charged monthly from the subscription date. No bank details are stored on our servers — they are handled exclusively by Stripe.
4. Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at each period, unless cancelled by the user before the end of the current period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, without having to justify your reasons. However, pursuant to Article L.221-28, this right cannot be exercised once performance of the service has begun with your express agreement (for example: starting a premium migration).
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your user interface. Cancellation is immediate for billing purposes, but access to paid features is maintained until the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund is issued outside of legal cases (withdrawal, major service failure).
7. Suspension for non-payment
If a payment fails, your subscription reverts to the free plan after a grace period. Your data and configurations remain intact — only premium services are disabled.
8. Price changes
Any price change will be notified to you by email at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect. You retain the right to cancel free of charge if you do not accept the new price.
9. Disputes
In the event of a billing dispute, please contact us first at [email protected]. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts. In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use the consumer mediation service free of charge.
10. Free offer and usage limits
The free plan grants 5 GB of transfer per source-destination pair (source address to destination address), cumulative over a 90-day period. Beyond this threshold, you may either complete the ongoing operation via a one-time payment or switch to a paid subscription (Premium or Pro). This limit applies to all tools (transfer, backup, import, etc.).
11. Fair use and Premium limitations
The Premium plan offers unlimited transfer volume for reasonable personal or professional use. We reserve the right to limit or suspend access to services in the event of manifestly abusive use, in particular: repeated transfers of very large volumes over short periods, excessive automation unrelated to any identified business need, or non-compliance with these Terms. If limitation is detected, we will contact you first to discuss your needs and agree on suitable measures.
