How Contact export works
This tool builds the list of everyone you have exchanged emails with, and gives it to you as a CSV file — openable in Excel, LibreOffice or Google Sheets. For each address: the display name, how many messages received, how many sent, and the date of the last exchange.
Step by step
- 1 You enter the mailbox credentials.
- 2 We read your message headers — senders and recipients — without ever opening their contents.
- 3 Addresses are grouped and counted, then gathered into a CSV file.
- 4 You download the file. It stays available for 48 hours.
What to put in each field
- Email address and password *
- Incoming server (IMAP) **
* Those of the mailbox whose implicit address book you want to extract.
** Filled in automatically for known providers.
Good to know
- The contents of your messages are never read: only addresses and dates are.
- This is not your official address book but the one your history reveals — often more complete.
